Connect a AFT U3 20-pin adapter and you can use your USB 3.0 flash drive for ReadyBoost. When placing a USB 3.0 flash drive internally, you don’t have to worry about someone will take your flash drive which is dedicated for ReadyBoost. Furthermore, you can save your external USB 3.0 ports for other devices when you use the internal USB3.0 header for ReadBoost. In most cases, you will gain performance increased with ReadyBoost when your system is running a HDD.
